About the Role

SAP is seeking a skilled Development Expert/Architect to join our Globalization Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business and product requirements into technical requirements, models, and software architecture for our localized SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex software solutions based on ABAP/JAVA technology
  • Work on the latest technologies such as microservice development architecture and Business AI
  • Leverage AI to optimize and enhance our processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product architecture and ensure alignment of architecture concepts and documentation
  • Ensure architectural integrity of solutions and lead or participate in research and Proof of Concept activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in an architect role in engineering and software architecture design, building, and distributing software tools and solutions in an agile environment
  • Strong programming and analytical skills, experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll/TimeManagement solution
  • Fluency in English and German
