About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Expert/Architect to join our SAP Globalization Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-based solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and its localized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based solutions using the latest technologies such as microservice development architecture and Business AI.
  • Leverage AI to optimize and enhance our processes.
  • Translate business and product requirements into technical requirements, models, and software architecture.
  • Ensure architectural integrity of solutions and lead or participate in research and Proof of Concept activities.
  • Write clean and maintainable code using best engineering practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in an architect role in engineering and software architecture design, building, and distributing software tools and solutions in an agile environment.
  • Strong programming and analytical skills, experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll/Time Management solution.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (C++, Python, Java) in a cross-platform environment with multiple operating system targets and databases.
  • Experience in development of complex software solutions based on ABAP/JAVA technology.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
