Your Responsibilities

  • Leading a Business Unit with (Senior) Consultants and Researchers
  • Acquiring new clients, developing and maintaining existing business contacts
  • Consulting and supporting well-known customers in the region
  • Supporting recruitment activities (staff selection, conducting interviews)
  • Implementing development measures for employees (onboarding, training)
  • Participating in the development and implementation of strategies, company goals, and internal processes
  • Market observation, marketing, and sales planning
