Key Responsibilities

  • Autonomous construction management in industrial and plant construction, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Project handling and coordination of construction and assembly work, including resource planning and scheduling.
  • Representation of client interests during construction, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Optimization of manufacturing and assembly strategies, leveraging expertise in plant engineering.
  • Construction process control and progress monitoring, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in civil engineering, a master's or technician diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least three years of experience in plant construction, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or other relevant software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work independently, with a strong sense of reliability and accountability.
