Services Engineering Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Services Engineering team as a Communication and Learning Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in transportation solutions, driving innovation and advancing sustainable mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective training programs, leveraging instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning formats.
- Design and execute internal communication strategies to foster collaboration, information sharing, and engagement within Services Engineering, utilizing communication tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
- Produce high-quality video content and podcasts to highlight the expertise of our engineers, as well as write technical articles to showcase their work.
- Organize dynamic and interactive online events, such as webinars, community calls, and workshops, utilizing collaborative tools from Microsoft or Klaxoon.
- Create E-Learning courses with Elucidat tool.
We value passion and attitude over experience, so we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team. If you have a Master's degree in Communication, audiovisual media, or equivalent, and possess a strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, we'd love to hear from you.
As a team player, you'll be comfortable using communication tools, have experience with video editing software, and be familiar with Elucidat or other e-learning content creation tools. Your excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and ability to come up with innovative solutions will make you a valuable asset to our team.

You'll begin your journey at Alstom's regional headquarters in Berlin, Germany, with the opportunity to work closely with our maintenance site in Hennigsdorf.
