We're currently seeking a highly skilled Engineering Support Specialist to join our team in Berlin, Germany. This 24-month VIE assignment will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and international environment.

Your Mission:

As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our project and tender teams in various engineering activities, including:

Documentation:
  • Supporting Alstom documentation activities, including technical document translation and template preparation
  • Managing documentation databases and ensuring accurate information
System Design:
  • Analyzing specifications and presenting customer needs to our competence center in Belgium
  • Defining required evolutions of Alstom products and presenting solutions to customers
  • Formalizing results in technical specifications and analyzing failures during operation
Validation, Certification, and Authorization:
  • Defining test plans, organizing test sessions, and redacting test reports
  • Analyzing homologation requirements and reviewing assessments
Your Profile:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. You should have a good understanding of industrial processes and a strong background in engineering. Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and tenacity are essential for this role, as you will be working in a dynamic and international environment.

Fluency in English and German is mandatory, with French being an asset. You should also have excellent MS Office skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
