Services Engineering Communication Specialist

Alstom, a global leader in transportation solutions, is seeking a talented individual to join our Services Engineering team as a Communication and Learning Specialist. As a key member of our central function, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant changes across our global engineering operations.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Transformation project, aimed at achieving our strategic 2030 objectives. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals and experts, leveraging a wide network of engineers and experts from various cultures around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage training projects, creating engaging e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning formats.
- Design and implement internal communication strategies to foster collaboration, information sharing, and engagement within Services Engineering.
- Share information via our monthly newsletter, intranet site, and Microsoft Teams Group.
- Produce video content and podcasts to highlight our engineers and their expertise, write technical articles.
- Organize internal online events, such as webinars, community calls, and workshops, using collaborative tools from Microsoft or Klaxoon.
- Create E-Learning courses with Elucidat tool.
We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have a Master's degree in Communication, audiovisual media, or equivalent, and possess a knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies, we encourage you to apply.
You should be comfortable using communication tools like Canva and PowerPoint, and have experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Elucidat or other tools for creating e-learning content is a plus.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and resilient individual who can thrive in a cross-functional environment and demonstrate reliability and good writing skills.
