Services Engineering Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Services Engineering team as a Communication and Learning Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in transportation solutions, committed to advancing sustainable mobility through innovative engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our engineers.
- Design and deliver engaging e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning formats to support our transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create internal communication strategies that foster collaboration, information sharing, and engagement within Services Engineering.
- Produce high-quality video content and podcasts to highlight our engineers and their expertise, as well as write technical articles to share knowledge and best practices.
- Organize internal online events, such as webinars, community calls, and workshops, to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have a Master's degree in Communication, audiovisual media, or equivalent, and possess a strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, we encourage you to apply.
You should be proficient in communication tools like Canva and PowerPoint, and have experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Elucidat or other tools for creating e-learning content is a plus.
We are looking for a team player who is known for their creativity, curiosity, and ability to come up with innovative solutions. You should have great interpersonal skills, enjoy collaborating in teams, and thrive in cross-functional environments.
