Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Service Engineer to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Movu Robotics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated storage solutions across various customer sites in Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Test, maintain, and repair shuttle systems at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Travel to customer sites across Germany, as well as abroad, for projects and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise assembly teams during large-scale repair or installation projects.
- Provide mechanical support and L1/L2 support to end-users and integrators, both on-site and remotely.
- Commission and train customers on automated systems and racking systems.
- Work safely at heights and in refrigerated areas, adhering to established safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
- Sociable, eager to learn, and driven individual with a strong customer mindset.
- Ability to solve problems independently and in customer settings.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, robotics, and mechanics.
