Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our electronic assembly team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a Group Leader Electronic, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a medium-sized team, ensuring the successful completion of assembly modules on time and to the required quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assembly team, including project-related planning, organization, and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with downstream departments to ensure seamless assembly processes.
  • Commission and test functional assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain work and process instructions, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Master craftsman training in electronics or mechatronics.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional experience in mechanical engineering or automation technology.
  • Goal-oriented and cooperative management style.
  • Strong communication and delegation skills.
  • MS Office skills and SAP knowledge desirable.
