ERP Application Manager - Field Service Operations
TOMRA Recycling is in search of a dedicated and proficient ERP Application Manager - Field Service Operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key user for the global service division, overseeing all business-related workflows and applications, with a particular emphasis on ERP (IFS) and PowerBI.
Core Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for tools and processes within the global service framework.
Function as a key user for the operational tools and processes of the global service division, ensuring effective utilization of ERP (IFS), PowerBI, and Service Management Systems.
Facilitate knowledge transfer to the global user base, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Lead the worldwide implementation of service processes across TOMRA entities.
Collaborate with the quality department to document processes effectively.
Oversee the collection, design mapping, and execution of standardized processes.
Work closely with the internal Business Process Management team to harmonize and align processes across TOMRA Recycling.
Leverage IFS Cloud expertise to enhance and guide business processes within the service division.
Conduct user training sessions to promote effective application and tool usage.
Review operational instructions and determine necessary actions (additional training, awareness initiatives, etc.) to boost the efficiency of the service division.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT Business, Process Management, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience with IFS, PowerBI, and Service Management Systems.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German is advantageous.
Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Proven experience in the administrative functions of a service division.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Experience with IFS and familiarity with Field Service Management Systems (FSMS) is beneficial.
