Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to enhance SimScale's global marketing initiatives during our next growth phase. In this position, you will utilize your extensive experience in engaging engineering and design leaders through impactful positioning and messaging strategies, aimed at challenging conventional practices and generating interest in cloud-native simulation technologies and associated engineering design methodologies to accelerate product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
  • Developing compelling product positioning and messaging that distinguishes SimScale in the market.
  • Creating buyer personas and use cases to guide marketing and sales strategies.
  • Formulating and executing go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and feature enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
  • Producing and managing diverse content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, webinars, and presentations, to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Equipping the sales team with essential tools and training, developing sales materials such as brochures, datasheets, and product demonstrations.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customers and industry influencers, organizing and participating in customer events to foster advocacy and gather insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing roles within the CAE software sector.
  • A degree in physics or engineering.
  • Proficient in crafting customer success stories, newsletters, handbooks, guides, application notes, and white papers.
  • Experienced in presenting and facilitating online events and meetings.
  • Skilled in developing high-impact narratives suitable for various channels, including digital media.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • High engagement with customers to enhance SimScale's impact through authentic and compelling storytelling focused on demonstrating tangible business benefits.
  • Familiarity with HPC and cloud technologies is advantageous.
