Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to enhance SimScale's global marketing initiatives during this exciting phase of growth. In this position, you will utilize your extensive experience in engaging engineering and design leaders through impactful positioning and messaging strategies, aimed at challenging conventional practices and generating interest in cloud-native simulation technologies and advanced engineering design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that sets SimScale apart in the market.
  • Create detailed buyer personas and use cases to guide marketing and sales strategies.
  • Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and feature enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
  • Produce and manage a diverse range of content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, webinars, and presentations, to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Equip the sales team with essential tools and training, developing sales materials such as brochures, datasheets, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry influencers, organizing and participating in customer events to foster advocacy and gather valuable feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing roles within the CAE software sector.
  • A degree in physics or engineering is preferred.
  • Proven experience in crafting customer success stories, newsletters, handbooks, guides, application notes, and white papers.
  • Skilled in presenting and facilitating online events and meetings.
  • Expertise in developing high-impact storytelling suitable for various channels, including digital media.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • High engagement with customers to enhance SimScale's impact through a compelling narrative focused on demonstrating tangible business benefits.
  • Familiarity with HPC and cloud technologies is advantageous.
