Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account planning and relationship-building
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels
- Continuously improve our products and services through gathering and incorporating customer feedback
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University degree (preferably in IT or engineering), or comparable qualifications
- At least two years of professional experience in IT, engineering, SaaS implementations or similar roles
- Expertise in IT infrastructure and systems, data structures, data sharing/exchange and data analysis, API interfaces, ERP systems and interfaces and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
