Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our business processes to create a sustainable foundation for our automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the technical implementation of service provider integrations, from initial technical discussions to final acceptance testing
  • Clarify functional requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into features and user stories for the development team
  • Ensure the quality of implementation through testing and keep the development team informed of progress
  • Work closely with the automation team to ensure sustainable and efficient integration of service provider processes
  • Drive team progress by actively contributing to process improvements and methodological development

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a goal-oriented mindset and high self-organization
  • Relevant academic background in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Deep knowledge of process analysis, modeling, optimization, and leading corresponding workshops
  • Proven experience in software conception and quality assurance, including technical interfaces
  • Desirable: experience in the insurance industry and claims processing
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools
  • Experience with agile methodologies and international orientation
  • Excellent German and English language skills
