- Facilitate technical integrations with external service providers
- Convert business needs into actionable development tasks
- Guarantee effective implementation through rigorous testing
- Work in close partnership with the automation team
- Lead initiatives aimed at team enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related STEM discipline
- Proven experience in process evaluation and software quality assurance
- Familiarity with insurance and claims processing is advantageous
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling software
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
- Fluent in both German and English
