Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Project Manager to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a Business Analyst Project Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to create a sustainable foundation for our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the technical implementation of service provider integrations, from initial technical discussions to final acceptance testing.
- Clarify functional requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into features and user stories for the development team.
- Ensure the quality of implementation through testing and keep the development team informed of progress.
- Work closely with the automation team to ensure sustainable and efficient integration of service provider processes.
- Drive team progress by engaging in process improvement initiatives and methodological development.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a goal-oriented mindset and high self-organization.
- A bachelor's degree in economics or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Deep knowledge of process analysis, modeling, optimization, and leading corresponding workshops.
- Experience in software conception and quality assurance, including technical interfaces.
- Optional: experience in the insurance industry and claims processing.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies and international orientation.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
