We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our business processes to create a sustainable foundation for our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the technical implementation of service provider integrations, from initial technical discussions to final acceptance testing
- Clarify functional requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into features and user stories for the development team
- Ensure the quality of implementation through testing and keep the development team informed of progress
- Work closely with the automation team to ensure sustainable and efficient integration of service provider processes
- Drive team progress by actively contributing to process improvements and methodological development
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a goal-oriented mindset and high self-organization
- Relevant academic background in economics or a technical field, or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge of process analysis, modeling, optimization, and leading corresponding workshops
- Proven experience in software conception and quality assurance, including technical interfaces
- Desirable: experience in the insurance industry and claims processing
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Experience with agile methodologies and international orientation
- Excellent German and English language skills
