We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Assets Operations Professional to join our team at Crypto Finance AG. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily settlements in fiat and cryptocurrencies among various international counterparties.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working in operations at a financial institution, preferably in a small team, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. They will possess a structured method of working, be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily settlements in fiat and cryptocurrencies among various international counterparties
  • Operate different kinds of crypto wallets and user interfaces
  • Warrant the correct and timely distribution of documents and messages among all parties involved in the settlement process
  • Ensure proper liquidity management
  • Open system accounts for newly onboarded clients
  • Implement operational best practices
  • Ensure financial operations are at current technical standards, and that tasks can be executed in an operator-friendly and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Experience working in operations at a financial institution, preferably in a small team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Structured method of working and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, and willingness to take on responsibility and work independently
  • Analytic and result-oriented thinking
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of crypto assets and related processes
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; German is a plus
  • Ability to handle database queries and VBA skills are also a plus
