Digital Asset Success Strategist

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to deliver our product to customers. This role involves engaging customers to build strategic partnerships, driving expansion and adoption activities, and demonstrating technical best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the finance and digital assets market.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will present our team to customers' top management to identify strategic business outcomes.
  • You will apply a deep understanding of customer business to match products and services that achieve identified business outcomes or transformation.
  • You will accompany customers from onboarding to global roll-out of our platform.
  • You will coordinate specialists within our and customer organizations to deliver activities improving adoption levels.
  • You will analyze customer needs and advise customers on developing ideas and concepts for our software.
  • You will conduct webinars and workshops on-site or online.
  • You will drive the development of our platform with your ideas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team or manage projects independently.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to prioritize different topics.
  • Good analytical skills, structured way of working, and drive to constantly improve yourself.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Familiarity with financial services and digital assets is a plus.
