We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Associate to join our team at Intuitive Surgical. As a key member of our sales and training team, you will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of our installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Plans
Work closely with our Clinical Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans that drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
Provide Expert Training and SupportProvide expert training and support to surgical teams to ensure they are capable of using the da Vinci system independently within a reasonable time frame.
Drive Continuous Expansion of the User BaseWork with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel and drive continuous expansion of the user base.
Lead Surgical Teams through Training SessionsLead surgical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
Provide Guidance and InsightProvide guidance and insight to surgical teams on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System, including case support and troubleshooting.
Manage Administrative TasksResponsibly manage administrative tasks, including reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
Minimum of Two Years of ExperienceMinimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively work with surgical teams and other stakeholders.
Fluent in English and GermanFluency in English and German is required, with the ability to travel up to 50% dependent on account distribution.
Proven Ability to Work Effectively as Part of a TeamA proven ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential to success in this role.
