Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluent in English and German
