Document Manager

We are seeking a skilled Document Manager to join our Project Support team in Gelsenkirchen.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercially available document management systems, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud & Autodesk Vault, Sharepoint, etc.
Responsibilities include administration and optimization of the company-wide document management system, development and implementation of document management processes, and provision of DMS training for project teams.
The successful candidate will have a technical or economic university degree, several years of experience in the project business, and strong organizational, communication, and assertiveness skills.
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English is required.
