Paralegal Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal Officer to join our client's dynamic team in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to contribute to their corporate governance and legal operations.

Your Missions:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and corporate resolutions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
  • Manage corporate records and maintain accurate documentation of all corporate activities, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Provide support in the formation and dissolution of companies, as well as other corporate transactions, liaising with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles.
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal or Corporate Officer within the financial services or legal industry, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
