About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG Winnenden. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with our sales team and other departments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, managing a portfolio of customers and developing a deep understanding of their business needs and pain points.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, understanding their features and benefits, and being able to communicate them effectively to customers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
