About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to manage our territory in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving/exceeding sales quota and strategic objectives, expanding our existing Strategic OEM Customer base in the Aerospace & Defense segment, and leading design-in activities leveraging on all functions and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage territory with a high degree of autonomy
  • Achieve/exceed sales quota and strategic objectives
  • Expand existing Strategic OEM Customer base in Aerospace & Defense segment
  • Lead design-in activities leveraging on all functions and resources
  • Proactively lead account planning process
  • Actively participate in team-based projects and reviews
  • Provide market intelligence to ensure understanding of market and competitors' dynamics
  • Master sales process per CRM system and reporting practices

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
  • Front-end experience in Aerospace and Defense connector industry
  • Results orientated with ability to follow initiatives through to successful completion
  • Proficient in building and executing Business Plans
  • Ability to operate remotely
  • Enthusiastic, persistent, and positive attitude
  • Proficient in communication, reporting, presentation
  • Process driven with strong analytical skills
  • Computer literate and skilled with MS Office
  • A full driving license
