About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to manage our territory in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving/exceeding sales quota and strategic objectives, expanding our existing Strategic OEM Customer base in the Aerospace & Defense segment, and leading design-in activities leveraging on all functions and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory with a high degree of autonomy
- Achieve/exceed sales quota and strategic objectives
- Expand existing Strategic OEM Customer base in Aerospace & Defense segment
- Lead design-in activities leveraging on all functions and resources
- Proactively lead account planning process
- Actively participate in team-based projects and reviews
- Provide market intelligence to ensure understanding of market and competitors' dynamics
- Master sales process per CRM system and reporting practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
- Front-end experience in Aerospace and Defense connector industry
- Results orientated with ability to follow initiatives through to successful completion
- Proficient in building and executing Business Plans
- Ability to operate remotely
- Enthusiastic, persistent, and positive attitude
- Proficient in communication, reporting, presentation
- Process driven with strong analytical skills
- Computer literate and skilled with MS Office
- A full driving license
