Wir suchen einen motivierten und kommunikativen Junior Account Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Maklerbetreuung. Als Teil unseres Vertriebsinnendienstes wirst du unsere freien und ungebundenen Versicherungsmakler:innen unterstützen und deren Erfolg fördern.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die organisatorische Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Makler:innen optimieren und Rückfragen zur Plattform beantworten
  • Im Vertrieb unterstützend zur Seite stehen und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Makler:innen und Qualitypool stärken
  • Bedürfnisse aufnehmen und durch dein kommunikatives Auftreten motivieren und stärken
  • Bedeutende Projekte mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Versicherungskreis gestalten und Synergien zwischen dem Versicherungs- und Finanzierungsbereich erkennen
Was du bringst
  • Gute Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich der Versicherung und ein gutes Verständnis für unsere Mitbewerber:innen
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder in der Kundenberatung, idealerweise bereits in der B2B-Betreuung
  • Ein verbindliches, freundliches Auftreten und eine starke Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Ideen voranzutreiben
