The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Munich. As a BDR, you'll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue.

The Challenge

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing Experience Cloud customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing and executing targeted outbound campaigns. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to create and deliver the Adobe Experience Cloud Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring that all customers receive an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage all inbound Adobe Experience Manager leads, identifying their needs and qualifying potential opportunities.
  2. Focus on contacting and qualifying prospects in existing Experience Cloud customers' accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets.
  3. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, helping address their needs and challenges.
  4. Generate high-quality pipeline with the propensity to close, qualified using Adobe's chosen Sales Methodology.
  5. Work to individual quota, achieve SLAs for MQLs.
  6. Proactively work with the Adobe Ecosystem.
  7. Manage all CRM activity relating to your accounts.
  8. Effectively utilize a variety of channels and tools, such as social media, internet, web-based tools, and outbound calling.
  9. Act as an ambassador for Adobe at all times.
  10. Ensure compliance to Adobe tools usage and processes.

What You Need To Succeed

  1. 1-2 years' experience in Sales/Business Development with knowledge of SaaS applications, particularly Content Management, a distinct advantage.
  2. Exemplify personal drive, determination, process excellence, and the highest of ethical standards.
  3. Have a proven track record in Business Development.
  4. Have proven personal success in sales or deep working knowledge of sales cycle processes.
  5. Strong understanding of business, how company management makes buying decisions.
  6. Have the ability to quickly pick up new technologies, such as CRM, Sales Engagement platforms, etc.
  7. Care about Adobe's customers' best interests and act as an internal advocate for the Business Development Group.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential.
  9. Fluency in English & German is essential.
