Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and lead generation to convince new leads to use ClearOps
  • Inside sales and account management to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to work with data-driven tools
Requirements:
  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • Experience in the software industry or machine manufacturing industry is a plus
