Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die unsere Organisation weiterentwickeln und unsere Mitarbeiter:innen unterstützen möchte. Als Head of People and Culture sind Sie verantwortlich für die Ausrichtung aller Aspekte des Unternehmens und der Mitarbeiter:innen. Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen nach außen und etablieren starke Beziehungen, um ein dynamisches und kollaboratives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsstarken Organisation durch Personalbeschaffung, Talent- und Personalmanagement, Kompetenzentwicklung und Sicherstellung eines allgemeinen Wohlbefindens der Mitarbeiter:innen mit Schwerpunkt auf Nachfolgeplanung und Personalentwicklung
  • Proaktives Arbeiten in den Bereichen Diversität, Fluktuationsanalyse, Mitarbeiterbindung und Change-Management
  • Abstimmung von Personal- und Kulturmaßnahmen auf die Geschäftsstrategie
  • Beratung, Befragung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter:innen in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
  • Entwicklung klarer Personalpläne und angemessener Leistungs- und Karrierepläne, um die Kontinuität des Geschäftsbetriebs zu gewährleisten
  • Sicherstellung von systematisch durchgeführten Schulungen und Beurteilung von Schulungsaktivitäten in Bezug auf Nutzerreaktion, Lernerfolg und kritische Verhaltensweisen, wie auch die Auswirkungen auf die Leistung der Organisation

Ihre Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungsverantwortung mit einem ganzheitlichen Geschäftsverständnis und einer nachweisbaren Erfolgsbilanz
  • Routinierter Umgang mit externen Lieferanten und Kunden und die Arbeitsorganisation in einer multikulturellen und internationalen Konzernstruktur
  • Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz bei der Leistungsverbesserung eines Standorts in Zusammenhang mit umfassendem Verständnis der Lean-Methodik in der Industrie und im Büroumfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung betrieblicher Verbesserungsstrategien bei gleichzeitiger Aufrechterhaltung eines hohen Niveaus in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Qualität und Lieferung
  • Begeisterung für Mobilität, Nachhaltigkeit und digitale Lösungen oder bestenfalls Erfahrungen im Nutzfahrzeugmanagement oder der Automobilbranche
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
