Building Asset Strategist

Join Our Team as an Asset Manager:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to tackle exciting challenges in the realm of asset management. Your role will involve:
- Standardization Efforts: Contributing to the uniformity of building designs and overseeing the foundations essential for the construction and upkeep of our critical facilities in electricity, gas, and water sectors.
- Technical Requirement Transfer: Translating cross-sector technical needs arising from usage and regulations into the foundational conditions for relevant building standards.
- Building Equipment Responsibility: Taking charge of the building equipment for network-relevant facilities, while developing a comprehensive long-term strategy for property management in collaboration with real estate management.
- Ongoing Assessments: Conducting regular evaluations and risk assessments of buildings based on condition analyses, working closely with real estate management.
- Strategic Network Planning Support: Assisting in the advancement of strategic network planning concerning building technical requirements, particularly in light of the energy transition challenges.
- Interface Coordination: Engaging actively with the Asset Owner, real estate management, public interest groups, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Decision-Relevant Metrics: Participating in the identification and determination of key commercial and technical figures crucial for project implementation, network management, and regulatory compliance.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable standards, laws, and technical regulations.
- Extensive expertise in relevant regulations such as HOAI, VOB, etc.
- Professional experience in civil engineering or asset management of technically utilized properties, including familiarity with network technical systems.
- Basic understanding of the legal framework governing energy distribution.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, GIS, MS Office, and ISU systems.
- Data-driven mindset with foundational programming skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-focused work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
