About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Asset Manager to join our team at NRM Netzdienste Rhein-Main GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and compliance of our buildings and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement building standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the operational aspects of our buildings and infrastructure, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of our buildings to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of our strategic network planning, focusing on technical requirements and challenges related to the energy transition.
  • Act as a liaison between our organization, asset owners, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide key performance indicators and data-driven insights to inform business decisions and project management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on building engineering or a similar specialization.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant standards, laws, and technical regulations.
  • In-depth expertise in building engineering and asset management, including experience with network infrastructure.
  • Basic knowledge of legal frameworks related to energy distribution.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, GIS, MS Office, and ISU systems.
  • Demonstrated data affinity and basic programming skills.
  • Results-oriented work style and high communication and teamwork skills.
