Building Asset Strategy Manager

Join our team and take on exciting responsibilities:

  • Engage in the standardization of architectural designs, ensuring the identification and oversight of foundational elements for the construction and upkeep of our essential facilities in electricity, gas, and water sectors.
  • Translate cross-disciplinary technical requirements stemming from operational use and regulatory standards into the foundational criteria for the respective building codes.
  • Take charge of the building infrastructure of essential facilities, including the formulation of a long-term strategy for property management in close collaboration with real estate administration.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations and assessments (risk analysis) of buildings based on condition evaluations of structural integrity in close partnership with real estate management.
  • Assist in the progressive enhancement of strategic network planning concerning building technical specifications in relation to the challenges posed by the energy transition.
  • Facilitate active collaboration with the Asset Owner, real estate management, public interest groups, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the provision and determination of key commercial and technical metrics relevant to project execution, network management, and regulatory compliance.

Your qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a Master's degree in Business Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, as well as pertinent technical guidelines.
  • In-depth expertise in relevant regulations such as HOAI, VOB, etc.
  • Significant professional experience in civil engineering or in the asset management of technically utilized properties, including familiarity with network technical systems.
  • Fundamental understanding of the legal framework governing energy distribution.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Proficient in SAP, GIS, MS Office, and ISU systems.
  • Data-oriented mindset and basic programming skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
