As a Client Relations Associate at Paymenttools, you will also gain in-depth knowledge about payment solutions and our product offerings.

Your Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and address customer inquiries through phone and email communications
  • Manage and generate incident reports, logs, and service requests within our ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Record customer inquiries and develop guides and manuals for self-service assistance
  • Collaborate across departments with our product, customer success, and sales teams to resolve client issues and continuously enhance processes
  • Engage in the refinement and improvement of our internal procedures
Your Experience
  • Approachable, self-assured, and enjoys engaging with clients
  • Technologically adept, familiar with ticketing systems, and eager to learn new platforms
  • Effective and proactive communication skills are essential for success in this role
  • Language: While the majority of customer interactions will be conducted in German, proficiency in English is necessary for internal communication
