About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at mrge-group-gmbh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and optimizing relationships with publishers and merchants to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and grow new clients by identifying, pitching, and optimizing their performance.
  • Manage and optimize existing relationships to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to drive long-term growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new commercial opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or partnership development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze data to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Affinity to AdTech/Affiliate Marketing.
  • English is a must.
