Head of Marketing DACH

About the Role:
The Head of Marketing DACH will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the DACH region. This includes creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns to achieve regional targets, managing a team of marketing professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the DACH region
- Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to achieve regional targets
- Manage a team of marketing professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 7 years of related marketing experience, ideally in field/regional marketing
- 2 years experience in leadership or management roles
- Native level German language skills
- Proven success in driving qualified demand for the company's products/services
- Deep understanding of the DACH market, and how to execute the most efficient strategy for the region
- Commercially driven and ambitious to prove the ROI of marketing campaigns
- Experience in partnering with commercial teams (Sales and Partnerships)
- Metric driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
