Head of Marketing DACH

About the Role:
The Head of Marketing DACH will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the DACH region. This includes creating campaigns and content to execute on the defined strategy, participating in defining KPIs and outputs for the regional marketing team, and establishing solid relationships with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of the marketing strategy for DACH
- Create campaigns and content relevant to execute on the defined strategy
- Participate in defining KPIs and outputs for the regional marketing team
- Establish solid relationships and communication avenues with regional stakeholders
- Manage a direct report and dotted lines to the rest of the regional marketing team
Requirements:
- 7 years of related marketing experience, ideally in field/regional marketing
- 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles
- Native level German language skills
- Proven success in driving qualified demand for the company's products/services
- Deep understanding of the DACH market and how to execute the most efficient strategy for the region
- Commercially driven and ambitious to prove the ROI of marketing campaigns
- Experience in partnering with commercial teams (Sales and Partnerships)
- Metric driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
