Divisional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Sales Manager to join our team at Pandora. As a key member of our Northern Europe Sales & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and growth across a division or country, working closely with our Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
