Umweltberater:in für Sales und Business Development

miidl ist ein Paneuropäisches und purpose-driven Startup studio, das als Venture Builder, Investor und Headhunter in ganz Europa tätig ist. Wir konzentrieren uns auf die DACH-Zone und französischsprachige Länder.
AufgabenWir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Umweltberater:in, der/in die Verantwortung für die Akquise neuer Kunden in der DACH-Region übernehmen kann. Die Aufgaben umfassen die Erkennung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, die Organisation von Treffen mit potenziellen Großkunden und die Überzeugung dieser Kunden.
Der/die Umweltberater:in wird auch die Begleitung dieser Kunden bis zum Abschluss des Geschäfts übernehmen, einschließlich der Verhandlungen und der Erstellung von Verträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung.
Der/die Umweltberater:in wird eng mit dem internationalen Vertriebsteam zusammenarbeiten, um Inbound-Leads zu generieren und Marktgespräche zu führen, sowie mit den Accountmanager:innen, um die Kunden an Bord zu holen.
QualifikationDer/die Umweltberater:in sollte über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und Erfahrung im Sales und Business Development verfügen, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich bzw. HR-Bereich.
Der/die Umweltberater:in sollte auch über ein gutes Verständnis von digitalen Lösungen und Themen rund um Nachhaltigkeit verfügen.
Der/die Umweltberater:in sollte kommunikativ, selbstständig und organisiert sein und über die Fähigkeit verfügen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Der/die Umweltberater:in wird auch ein hohes Maß an Autonomie und Flexibilität mit einem Mix aus Homeoffice und Büro (München Zentrum oder Köln Zentrum, nach Wahl) erhalten.
