Als People & Culture Manager bei Creative City Berlin wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams sein, das sich für soziale Innovation und gesellschaftliches Engagement einsetzt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Recruiting und Talent Acquisition: Du wirst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess kennen lernen und uns helfen, noch mehr qualifizierte Mitarbeiter für unser Team zu gewinnen.
- On- und Offboarding: Du wirst unsere Mitarbeiter während des gesamten Employee Lifecycle begleiten und unterstützen.
- Employer Branding: Du wirst kreative Wege finden, unsere Organisationskultur nach außen zu vermitteln und unsere Zielgruppe noch besser zu erreichen.
- Team & Community: Du wirst Team-Events planen und uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Feedbackprozesse unterstützen.
- Learning & Development: Du wirst uns bei der Suche und Entwicklung neuer Lernangebote und der Durchführung von Workshops für das Team unterstützen.
