Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at NETZSCH Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the operation and development of our global IT Core Infrastructure Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our global Microsoft-based infrastructure, including server and client environments, as well as application management.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of projects introducing new technologies and innovations in the Microsoft environment, both on-premise and in the cloud, aligned with our central IT strategy.
  • Infrastructure Implementation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain the domain infrastructure, ensuring the availability and performance of our global system landscape.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and analyze system performance, identify and resolve issues in the mentioned areas.
  • On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call duty to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a degree in IT or related field, with several years of experience in the described areas.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft-based infrastructure and systems, including Active Directory, PKI, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MS SQL, and Windows Server.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong service-oriented approach towards our customers.
  • Language Skills: Possess good German and English language skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit self-motivation and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
