Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at NETZSCH Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the operation and development of our global IT Core Infrastructure Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of our global Microsoft-based infrastructure within a server and client environment, as well as application management.
• Take ownership of projects introducing new technologies and innovations in the Microsoft environment, both on-premise and in the cloud, based on our central IT strategy.
• Implement and maintain the domain infrastructure and perform maintenance and upkeep of our existing enterprise-wide system landscape to ensure availability and performance.
• Monitor and analyze errors, as well as troubleshoot issues in the mentioned areas.
• Participate in on-call duty.

Requirements

• You hold a successful completion of IT education or a degree in (business) informatics, as well as several years of professional experience in the described areas.
• You possess excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft-based infrastructure and systems (e.g. Active Directory, PKI, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MS SQL, Windows Server).
• You bring an open demeanor, good communication and team skills, and convince with your pronounced service orientation towards our customers.
• You have good German and good English skills.
• Your independent and solution-oriented approach, as well as your initiative to engage with new problem areas, complete your profile.

Additional Information

The core task is the operation and further development of the IT Core Infrastructure Services at all NETZSCH locations worldwide in accordance with the central IT strategy.
