Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at NETZSCH Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the operation and development of our global IT Core Infrastructure Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of our global Microsoft-based infrastructure, including server and client environments, as well as application management.
  • Take ownership of projects introducing new technologies and innovations in the Microsoft environment, both on-premise and in the cloud, aligned with our central IT strategy.
  • Implement and maintain domain infrastructure, ensuring the availability and performance of our company-wide system landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call duties.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft-based infrastructure and systems, including Active Directory, PKI, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MS SQL, and Windows Server.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong service-oriented approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a willingness to take on new challenges.

About the Role

This is a key position within our IT department, responsible for the operation and development of our global IT Core Infrastructure Services. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, with excellent technical skills and a customer-focused approach.
