Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team at PARTSCLOUD GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and synergies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop potential partners to leverage synergies and generate revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide partners with the necessary support, resources, and information to effectively sell PartsCloud, including product knowledge, sales strategies, and marketing materials
  • Work with partners to develop and implement joint sales strategies that leverage the strengths and capabilities of both parties
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan, manage, and implement partner projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, or similar
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management of complex products or services, preferably in the spare parts logistics or SaaS industry
  • Strong communication skills and an independent and efficient work style
  • Analytical thinking combined with entrepreneurial intuition
  • A customer-focused mentality and a strong relationship-building skillset with partners and customers
  • Negotiation skills in English and excellent German language skills
