E-commerce Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Manager to join our team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching top international online sellers and brands to expand our marketplace's assortment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach top international online sellers and brands to acquire new sellers for our online marketplaces
  • Improve the breadth and depth of our marketplace's assortment with international sellers
  • Monitor and analyze the competition to identify potential partners
  • Support our sellers commercially and technically
  • Convert ideas of our sellers into new features
  • Present our marketplace on site at international e-commerce trade fairs
  • Collaborate closely with technology, marketing, and product data management teams
Requirements
  • University degree or commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience/sales experience in the e-commerce sector
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire and convince others
  • Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Creative mindset and analytical/conceptual strength
  • Excellent English skills, with other languages an additional advantage
  • French language skills an asset
