We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Specialist to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As an ESG Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our corporate goals and visions forward by supporting our cross-functional teams in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and programs.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs that align with our corporate goals and visions.
- Support the development and implementation of processes for compliance with the LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz).
- Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators to ensure we are meeting our sustainability targets.
- Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports in the area of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), following international standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and verification to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our sustainability data.
- Completed university studies in a relevant field, such as sustainability management or logistics.
- Experience in sustainability reporting, preferably according to CSRD or GRI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics, with a strong commitment to driving positive change.
- Basic knowledge of integrated management systems and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Very good written and spoken English language skills.
