Wir suchen eine motivierte und engagierte Person, die sich in unserem Team einbringen möchte. Als Administrative Assistant bei Adecco wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams und wirst dich auf die Unterstützung unserer Office Managerin konzentrieren.

Deine Aufgaben werden dir eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen bieten und du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, deine Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du wirst administrative Aufgaben übernehmen und dich um die Organisation und Koordination von Projekten kümmern.
* Du wirst als Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen im Außendienst fungieren und deren Anliegen bearbeiten.
* Du wirst unsere Office Managerin bei täglichen Aktivitäten im Büro unterstützen, wie z.B. der Bearbeitung von Post, Telefonaten und Bestellungen.
* Du wirst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Dienstleistern und Partnern stehen und deren Anliegen bearbeiten.

Dein Profil

* Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Office/Accounting oder im administrativen Bereich.
* Du bist sehr sorgfältig, engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst.
* Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch.
* Du hast sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
