Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will provide administrative support to our management staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general clerical support to management staff, including scheduling meetings, routing phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including departmental tracking logs and inventory of office supplies.
  • Communication: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate location or person, and establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Office Maintenance: Perform routine general office duties, including filing, copying, and scanning, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' related experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a pleasant telephone manner.
