About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and resources to ensure efficient use of time and personnel
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
